Week 1 Questions
Apart from technology, How is Judah similar or different from the world today?
Political upheaval..unsure economic times...religious leaders cannot agree on the message..rampant immorality...the poor suffering and being taken advantage of...high taxes...foreign threats...families in confusion..These and others could be headlines from the Jerusalem Daily News of Jeremiah's time as well as our own local papers. If this is indeed a true statement then we should be able to learn by seeing how the Jews reacted to the stresses of their day. At least we will see how one, Jeremiah, followed God while the others chose not to.
My passion is the Word of God. It is my desire that through this study we all could come to realize in a more profound way how much God loves us and His desire from the beginning of time was to have a close personal relationship with all of us.
